Our products are all handmade to order. We stand behind our products and want you, the client, to be completely satisfied.

All items purchased from Pico Charlie Cole can be returned or exchanged within 20 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund, less shipping charges (with the exception of customized items). Items must be unused to be exchanged or refunded.
